During the course of my career I have worked in multiple capacities for ballet companies, ballet schools, and have had experience working in other fields that has helped to inform my process for effecting change in the places I have worked.

No two schools or organizations are the same, and each one has its own mission and goals. I don't believe in coming and telling you what to do with your business, but taking what you are doing, and making it better. Helping you to achieve your goals, is always my primary goal.

Additionally, for students and young dancers just getting their careers started, or for those of you putting together an audition packet again, I can lend my mix of company manager and artistic experience towards helping you put together an effective marketing package for yourself.
